摘要
探讨6S管理模式在临床实习生带教中的应用效果。方法 选取四川省某医院骨科实习的160名护理实习生为研究对象,根据实习时间分为试验组和对照组各80名,对照组采用传统教学法,试验组采用6S管理模式教学法,对两组实习生在理论考试、操作考核、学习效果方面进行分析。结果 试验组理论考试、操作考核、学习效果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 6S管理模式教学在临床实习生带教中的应用效果显著,可提高实习生的理论、操作、学习效果。
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of 6S management model in the teaching of clinical interns. Methods A total of 160 nursing interns in orthopedics department of a hospital in Sichuan Province were selected and divided into the experimental group (n = 80) and the control group (n = 80) according to the time of practice. The control group was taught by traditional teaching method, and the experimental group was taught by 6S management model. Results The theoretical examination, operation examination and learning effect of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusions The 6S management model has a significant application effect in the teaching of clinical nursing interns in orthopedics department, which can improve the theory, operation and learning effect of orthopedic interns.
