Objective Community hospital for mental patients in the rehabilitation management, the implementation of the hospital community integrated management mode to intervene, to analyze and discuss its impact. Methods 70 patients with mental illness in our community from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects by sampling method. They were divided into two groups according to the odd-even number method. 35 patients with conventional treatment and rehabilitation management mode were named as the reference group, and 35 patients with integrated hospital community management mode were named as the research group. The severity of illness, the recovery of social function and the quality of life before and after management of the two groups of psychiatric patients were compared and analyzed. Results The severity of disease in the study group was effectively improved after the implementation of hospital community integrated management mode, and the recovery of social function and quality of life of patients were effectively improved, and the management effect difference between the two groups was large P < 0.05, which is of research value. Conclusion Through the intervention of the hospital community integrated management mode in the management of mental patients, the severity of the patients disease has been significantly improved, and the recovery of the patients social function and quality of life have been effectively improved, which is worth using.
