社区护理对痴呆患者及照料者生活质量的影响

摘要	分析社区护理对痴呆患者及照料者生活质量的影响。方法将已在本社区建档的48例痴呆患者纳入研究，通过双盲法抽签方式分为试验组与参考组，每组24例。参考组应用常规护理，试验组应用社区护理，对比两组护理效果。结果试验组在采用社区护理后，患者生活质量评分、照料者生活质量评分、护理满意度均优于参考组，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论在痴呆患者护理过程中，社区护理可有效提升患者智力及生活质量，并有助于照料者生活质量的提升，从而提高护理满意度。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of community nursing on the quality of life of dementia patients and their caregivers. Methods 48 patients with dementia who had been documented in our community were included in the study and divided into experimental group and reference group by double-blind lottery, with 24 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with routine nursing and the experimental group with community nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results After community nursing, the scores of patients quality of life, caregivers quality of life and nursing satisfaction of experimental group were better than those of reference group, and the differences between groups were significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the process of nursing dementia patients, community nursing can effectively improve the intelligence and quality of life of patients, and help to improve the quality of life of caregivers, so as to improve nursing satisfaction.
