在港澳的粤资窗口企业发展历史研究

摘要	论文首先阐述了粤商自古以来热衷对外贸易、港澳的对外窗口作用、改革开放政策实施是改革开放初期在港澳的粤资窗口企业建立背景，接着回顾了在港澳的粤资窗口企业建立和发展历史，最后总结在港澳建立粤资窗口企业的作用是维护港澳繁荣稳定、促进对外贸易，为内地引进资金、技术和管理经验，完善企业内部治理机制。
Abstract	The thesis first expounds that Cantonese businessmen have been keen on foreign trade since ancient times, the role of Hong Kong and Macao as a window to the outside world, and the implementation of the reform and opening-up policy is the background for the establishment of Guangdong-funded window enterprises in Hong Kong and Macao in the early days of reform and opening up, and then reviews the establishment and development history of Guangdong-funded window enterprises in Hong Kong and Macao. Finally, the role of establishing Guangdong-funded window enterprises in Hong Kong and Macao is to maintain the prosperity and stability of Hong Kong and Macao, promote foreign trade, introduce capital, technology and management experience for the mainland, and improve the internal governance mechanism of enterprises.
