摘要	分析综合护理干预用于植入式静脉输液港肿瘤化疗中的价值。方法随机均分2023年1月-2023年12月本科接诊植入式静脉输液港肿瘤化疗病人（n=64）。试验组采取综合护理干预，对照组行常规护理。对比不良事件等指标。结果关于不良事件：试验组3.12%，对照组18.75%，比较发现：试验组数据更低（P＜0.05）。满意度：试验组96.88%，对照组仅78.12%，比较发现：试验组数据更高（P＜0.05）。依从性：试验组达到96.88%，但对照组却仅81.25%，比较发现：试验组数据更高（P＜0.05）。结论植入式静脉输液港肿瘤化疗用综合护理干预，病人的不良事件更少，满意度更高，依从性提升也更加明显。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the value of comprehensive nursing intervention for tumor chemotherapy at implantable intravenous infusion port. Methods From January 2023 to December 2023, patients receiving tumor chemotherapy at the port of implantable intravenous infusion were randomly divided (n=64). The experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention, and the control group received routine nursing. Adverse events and other indicators were compared. Results The adverse events were 3.12% in the experimental group and 18.75% in the control group, and the results were lower in the experimental group (P < 0.05). Satisfaction: 96.88% in the experimental group and 78.12% in the control group were found to be higher in the experimental group (P < 0.05). Compliance: The experimental group reached 96.88%, but the control group was only 81.25%, and the data in the experimental group was higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion Integrated nursing intervention with implantable intravenous infusion port tumor chemotherapy has fewer adverse events, higher satisfaction, and more obvious improvement in compliance.
