Objective To investigate the clinical value of acupuncture biopsy in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis was used to select 150 suspected breast cancer patients in our hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 as research objects. All patients underwent puncture biopsy for pathological diagnosis and the results were analyzed. Taking the results of pathological examination as the gold standard, the diagnostic accuracy, specificity and sensitivity of acupuncture breast biopsy were analyzed. Results (1) There were 125 patients diagnosed as positive by pathological examination, and there was no statistical difference between the results of acupuncture and pathological examination (P > 0.05). (2) According to the analysis, the specificity, sensitivity and accuracy of the pathological diagnosis of acupuncture breast biopsy were 100.00%, 98.40% and 98.67%, and there was no statistical difference in the relative ratio of pathological examination results (P > 0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture biopsy is effective in the diagnosis of breast cancer and has high clinical value.
