Objective To investigate the effect of endocrine clinical treatment of hypothyroidism. Methods From January 2023 to January 2024, 104 patients with hypothyroidism were randomly divided into two groups, 52 cases in each group. The control group was treated with levothyroxine sodium, and the observation group was treated with levothyroxine sodium and selenium yeast tablets. Results In the comparison of clinical efficacy, the observation group was higher than the control group, and the difference between groups was significant (P < 0.05). In comparison of thyroid secretion function, FT3 and FT4 in observation group were higher than those in control group, and TSH was lower than those in control group, and the difference between groups was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of endocrine therapy for hypothyroidism, namely levothyroxine sodium and selenium yeast tablets is effective, and can improve the thyroid function of patients, worthy of recommendation.
