Objective To explore the application and effect of humanistic care in surgical outpatient nursing. Methods: This study took the nursing of humanistic care in the surgical clinic as the main direction. The patients who received surgical outpatient treatment in our hospital were selected as samples, and 80 cases were selected for detailed analysis. All patients were included in computer numbering software for arrangement, and grouping software was used to divide groups. The groups were named as the reference group and the research group, and 40 patients were obtained in each group, who used routine care and humanistic care respectively. Relevant research data were recorded during the nursing process, analyzed and used as research indicators. Results: The emotional state of the patients was counted before nursing, and it was found that there was no significant difference in the related index data between the two groups of patients (P>0.05), and there was no statistical significance in the difference. Corresponding methods were used to re-statistic the above indicators of the two groups of patients after nursing. Compared with the relevant data of the two groups before nursing, there was a positive trend. However, the improvement effect of the reference group was not as good as that of the research group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P< 0.05). The satisfaction evaluation after nursing in the two groups was carried out, and the higher group was the research group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The use of humanistic care nursing method in surgical outpatient nursing can effectively improve the quality of nursing and promote the improvement of patient satisfaction, which can be promoted and applied in future nursing.
