Objective To explore the methods and effects in the nursing of critically ill patients in the department of respiratory medicine. Methods: The time span of the study was from February 2021 to February 2022; at this stage, the research samples were clarified, mainly from critically ill patients treated in the Department of Respiratory Medicine in our hospital, and 60 typical representatives were selected for specific analysis. Computers and related software number all patients and use software to group them. Among them, 30 patients who received routine care were divided into the reference group, and the other 30 patients who received comprehensive nursing intervention during the nursing process were regarded as the study group. Detailed observations and records of the two groups during the nursing period were carried out, and a comparative analysis was carried out. Results: After comparing the nursing effect between the two groups, the higher group was the research group, and its advantage was significantly higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The psychological state of the two groups before and after nursing was evaluated, and the results showed that there was no significant difference in anxiety or depression before nursing (P>0.05). P < 0.05). Conclusion: For critically ill patients in the department of respiratory medicine, the comprehensive nursing intervention method can effectively improve the patients mood and improve the clinical treatment effect, which can be promoted and applied in future nursing care.
