【Abstract】Objective To explore the effects of mindfulness intervention combined with drugs on quality of life, social function and mindfulness level of patients with mild to moderate depressive disorder. Methods A total of 90 patients with mild to moderate depressive disorder admitted to the clinical psychology department of a mental health center in Suzhou were selected. Among them, 45 patients in the control group were treated with venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets, and 45 patients in the experimental group were treated with venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets. + Mindfulness intervention training for 8 weeks, the HAMD and SDSS, FFMQ, SF-36 scores were compared between the two groups. Results: After mindfulness intervention, the HAMD score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group; the SDSS score was lower than that of the control group, and the sums of other indicators of SF-36 except emotional function were higher than those of the control group, and the FFMQ score was similar to that of the control group. ratio, there is a difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: The drug venlafaxine hydrochloride combined with MBCT can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with mild to moderate depressive disorder compared with venlafaxine hydrochloride alone, and it is worthy of application.
