盐酸哌甲酯缓释片联合感觉统合训练治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍临床效果分析

【摘要】目的：观察盐酸哌甲酯缓释片+感觉统合训练（SIT）对注意缺陷多动障碍（ADHD）患儿的临床效果。方法：选择2018年9月—2020年9月接诊的86例ADHD患儿，随机分为：观察组（纳入43例，行盐酸哌甲酯缓释片+SIT治疗）、对照组（纳入43例，仅行盐酸哌甲酯缓释片治疗），评价组间儿童感觉统合能力发展评定量表（SIS）、韦氏儿童智力量表（C-WISC）、Conner行为评定量表（PSQ）、视听连续整合测试（IVA-CPT）。结果：治疗前，组间SIS、C-WISC、PSQ、IVA-CPT无明显差异，P>0.05；治疗后，观察组SIS、C-WISC、PSQ、IVA-CPT更佳，P<0.05。结论：对ADHD患儿行盐酸哌甲酯缓释片+SIT治疗，能够改善患儿行为及智力状况，值得推广。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To observe the clinical effect of methylphenidate hydrochloride sustained-release tablets + sensory integration training (SIT) on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods: 86 children with ADHD admitted from September 2018 to September 2020 were randomly divided into the observation group (43 cases were included and treated with methylphenidate hydrochloride sustained-release tablets + sit), the control group (43 cases were included and treated with methylphenidate hydrochloride sustained-release tablets only), the inter group sensory integration development assessment scale (SIS), Wechsler Intelligence Scale for children (C-WISC) and Conner behavior assessment scale (PSQ) and continuous audiovisual integration test (IVA-CPT). Results: before treatment, there was no significant difference in SIS, C-WISC, PSQ and IVA-CPT between the groups, P > 0.05; after treatment, SIS, C-WISC, PSQ and IVA-CPT in the observation group were better, P < 0.05. Conclusion: methylphenidate hydrochloride sustained release tablets + sit treatment for ADHD children can improve their behavior and intelligence, which is worthy of popularization.
