[Abstract] Objective: to analyze the value of different follow-up intervention schemes in the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia. Methods: 100 schizophrenic patients treated in our hospital from April 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects, and divided into two groups according to the "random sampling method" (50 cases in each group). The control group carried out routine discharge guidance and telephone follow-up, and the observation group carried out wechat follow-up. The intervention effect, medication compliance, mental state and social function defects of the two groups were compared. Results: the recurrence rate (14.00%) and rehospitalization rate (10.00%) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); The medication compliance of the observation group (98.00%) was higher than that of the control group (86.00%) (P< 0.05); The scores of mental state and social function defects in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: wechat follow-up has obvious value in improving the compliance of schizophrenic patients with out of hospital medication, reducing the disease recurrence rate, avoiding readmission and increasing the psychological and economic pressure of patients, which is worthy of reference.
