[Abstract] Objective: To explore the influencing factors of hospitalization time of adolescent schizophrenia patients. Methods: taking 50 adolescent schizophrenic patients admitted to our hospital (collection time: October 2019 October 2021) as the research samples, we retrospectively investigated the demographic data, clinical data and family related data of patients, and analyzed the relevant factors affecting the hospitalization time of patients. Results: there was a statistical difference between the hospitalization time of patients left behind, accompanied by family members, poor attitude of family members towards mental diseases, no medical insurance, ineffective treatment and adverse reactions and that of patients not left behind, accompanied by family members, good attitude of family members, effective treatment and no adverse reactions (P<0.05); Logistic analysis showed that staying at home, accompanying family members, family members attitude towards mental illness, medical insurance, treatment effect and adverse reactions were the risk factors affecting the hospitalization time of patients (P<0.05). Conclusion: the main factors affecting the hospitalization time of adolescent schizophrenic patients are family care, left behind children, family members bad attitude towards mental disorders, ineffective treatment, and adverse reactions, which have adverse effects on the hospitalization and early recovery of patients. It is necessary to popularize mental health knowledge and provide effective psychological counseling in clinic to reduce the adverse factors.
