【摘要】目的：分析急性心肌梗死患者护理中采用心理护理联合健康教育的价值。方法：筛选2021年1月~2021年6月入本院治疗的急性心肌梗死患者160例作为研究对象，并按“随机抽样法”分2组（每组80例），对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上展开心理护理联合健康教育，对比2组心理情绪状态、护理效果、自我效能。结果：观察组抑郁自评量表（safety data sheet，SDS）、焦虑自评量表（self-rating anxiety scale，SAS）评分、躯体化症状自评量表（Somatic Self-rating Scale，SSS）低于对照组（t值为9.823、8.202、3.631，P<0.05）；观察组治疗依从性（96.42±4.24）分、护理满意度（95.14±6.92）分、健康相关知识掌握度（96.24±3.46）分高于对照组（t值为11.160、11.197、23.451，P<0.05）；观察组自我效能评分（31.42±4.61）分高于对照组（27.25±5.05）分（t值为5.449，P<0.05）。结论：急性心肌梗死患者护理中选择心理护理联合健康教育可改善其心理状态及自我效能感，继而提高患者治疗依从性，值得借鉴。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: to analyze the value of psychological nursing combined with health education in the nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods: 160 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2021 were selected as the research object, and divided into two groups according to the "random sampling method" (80 cases in each group). The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group carried out psychological nursing combined with health education on the basis of the control group. The psychological emotional state, nursing effect and self-efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results: the scores of SDS, SAS and SSS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (T values were 9.823, 8.202 and 3.631, P < 0.05); The scores of treatment compliance (96.42 ± 4.24), nursing satisfaction (95.14 ± 6.92) and mastery of health-related knowledge (96.24 ± 3.46) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (T values were 11.160, 11.197 and 23.451, P < 0.05); The self-efficacy score of the observation group (31.42 ± 4.61) was higher than that of the control group (27.25 ± 5.05) (t value was 5.449, P < 0.05). Conclusion: choosing psychological nursing combined with health education in the nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction can improve their psychological state and self-efficacy, and then improve their treatment compliance, which is worthy of reference.
