【摘要】 探讨睡眠障碍对颈部、大脑血管血流动力学与认知功能的影响。方法 选择本院2019年1月到2022年1月80例睡眠障碍患者以及80例健康体检患者为研究对象，分别设为观察组与对照组。比较两组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）、双侧颈动脉、椎动脉、大脑中动脉、基底动脉血流阻力指数以及简易智能状态检查量表（MMSE），并分析PSQI指数与血流阻力指数、认知功能的相关性。结果 观察组PSQI指数显著高于对照组，颈内动脉、椎动脉、大脑中动脉、基底动脉血流阻力指数显著高于对照组，MMSE评分显著低于对照组，（P<0.05）；PSQI指数与颈内动脉、椎动脉、大脑中动脉、基底动脉血流阻力指数呈正相关，与MMSE评分呈负相关，（P<0.05）。结论 睡眠障碍会对颈部、大脑血管血流动力学造成影响，增加动脉血流阻力，并可能因此造成认知功能损伤。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effects of sleep disturbance on vascular hemodynamics and cognitive function in neck and cerebral vessels. Methods Eighty patients with sleep disorders and 80 healthy physical examination patients from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were set as the observation group and the control group, respectively. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), bilateral carotid artery, vertebral artery, middle cerebral artery, basilar artery blood flow resistance index and Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) were compared between the two groups. The correlation between PSQI index, blood flow resistance index and cognitive function was also analyzed. Results The PSQI index of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the blood flow resistance indexes of the internal carotid artery, vertebral artery, middle cerebral artery and basilar artery were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the MMSE score was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). PSQI index was positively correlated with blood flow resistance index of internal carotid artery, vertebral artery, middle cerebral artery and basilar artery, and negatively correlated with MMSE score (P<0.05). Conclusion Sleep disturbance can affect vascular hemodynamics in the neck and brain, increase arterial blood flow resistance, and may cause cognitive impairment.
