摘要	摘要：阴性症状是精神分裂症的常见症状之一，阴性症状与患者的预后显著相关。目前对其病理机制不明确，尚缺乏有效的治疗方法。近年来重复经颅磁刺激已经越来越广泛地应用于治疗精神分裂症阴性症状，本文将对精神分裂症阴性症状的发病机制及重复经颅磁刺激针对阴性症状的治疗模式及效果进行综述，以期为临床应用提供参考。
Abstract	Abstract: Negative symptoms are common symptoms of schizophrenia, and often predict the prognosis of patients. At present, the pathomechanism and effective treatments of negative symptoms are both unclear. Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation has been more and more widely used in negative symptoms of schizophrenia in recent years. This review summarizes the pathogenesis of negative symptoms and therapeutic application of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in negative symptoms, in order to provide reference for clinical application.
