[Abstract] Objective: To observe the effect of personalized psychological nursing on patients with cerebral infarction and its effect on anxiety and depression. Methods: 120 patients with cerebral infarction admitted from January 2019 to April 2021 were randomly divided into observation group (60 cases were included and personalized psychological nursing was added to the control group), control group (60 cases were included and routine nursing was provided), and the anxiety and depression score, National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Herth Hope Scale (HHI) and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI), patient satisfaction and compliance. Results: (1) there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression score, NIHSS, HHI and PSQI between the groups before nursing, P>0.05; After nursing, the scores of anxiety and depression, NIHSS, HHI and PSQI in the observation group were better (P< 0.05); (2) The degree of satisfaction (95.00%) and compliance (96.67%) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (81.67%) and (85.00%), P < 0.05. Conclusion: the implementation of personalized psychological nursing for patients with cerebral infarction can reduce anxiety and depression, improve the level of hope and compliance, alleviate sleep disorders and improve the relationship between nurses and patients, which is worthy of promotion.
