【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the level of negative emotions, self-efficacy and quality of life in HIV-infected patients.Methods:Selected 68 AIDS patients diagnosed in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 by blood testing as the research objects, and selected 68 healthy people who came to our hospital for physical examination during the same period, and compared the SDS score, SAS score and Differences in GSES scores.Results:Among the 68 AIDS patients, 56 were infected through sexual transmission, accounting for 82.35%. The SDS and SAS scores of HIV-infected patients were significantly higher than those of healthy people, and the total score of GSES was significantly lower than that of healthy people (P<0.05). The total scores of QOL-CHIV scale of HIV-infected patients were (47.27±4.56), (39.89±3.40), (55.21±5.38), (76.71±7.70), (37.29±3.59), (64.37) ±6.72) points, (30.29±3.59) points, (63.37±6.72) points, (51.70±5.37) points, (44.88±4.71) points, (512.61±50.38) points.Conclusion:HIV-infected patients are mainly infected by sexual transmission, have different anxiety and depression, and have low self-efficacy. Effective psychological nursing measures should be taken for HIV-infected patients.
