摘要	快感缺失是抑郁症的核心症状，是临床治疗的重点和难点。目前一线抗抑郁药物对抑郁症快感缺失效果欠佳，重复经颅磁刺激在抑郁症快感缺失的应用得到重视。间歇性θ脉冲刺激作为一种较新的经颅磁刺激治疗方法受到临床关注，并应用于抑郁症快感缺失的治疗。本文介绍了抑郁症快感缺失的定义、评估和主要神经机制，综述了经颅磁刺激在抑郁症快感缺失的治疗进展。
Abstract	Anhedonia is the core symptom of depression, which is the focus and difficulty of clinical treatment. At present, first-line antidepressant drugs are not effective in depression anhedonia, and the application of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in depression anhedonia has been paid more attention. Intermittent θ pulse stimulation, as a relatively new transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy, has received clinical attention and been applied in the treatment of depression anhedonia. This article introduces the definition, evaluation and main neural mechanism of depression anhedonia, and reviews the progress of transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of depression anhedonia.
