【摘要】 目的:观察强化无错性节奏联合脑电生物反馈对精神分裂症(SZ)患者的影响。方法:选取我院SZ患者(2020年3月~2022年10月)95例进行研究,按照随机抽签法分组,对照组47例予以脑电生物反馈治疗,在对照组基础上观察组48例联合强化无错性节奏。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗12周后治疗效果、认知功能、信息处理速度。结果:治疗12周后观察组阴性症状量表(SANS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组持续错误次数、非持续错误次数低于对照组,正确反应次数、概念化水平百分数高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组连线测验A用时短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:SZ患者经强化无错性节奏联合脑电生物反馈治疗后,不仅能有效减轻患者临床症状,且能提升其认知能力和信息处理速度。

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the effect of enhanced error-free rhythm combined with EEG biofeedback on patients with schizophrenia (SZ). Methods 95 patients with SZ in our hospital (from March 2020 to October 2022) were selected for the study. They were randomly divided into two groups according to the method of drawing lots. 47 patients in the control group were treated with EEG biofeedback, and 48 patients in the observation group were combined to strengthen error-free rhythm on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect, cognitive function and information processing speed of the two groups were compared before and after 12 weeks of treatment. Results: After 12 weeks of treatment, the score of SANS in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P; After treatment, the number of continuous errors and non-continuous errors in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the number of correct reactions and the percentage of conceptualization level were higher than those in the control group (P; The duration of wiring test A in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of SZ patients with enhanced error-free rhythm combined with EEG biofeedback can not only effectively alleviate their clinical symptoms, but also improve their cognitive ability and information processing speed.
