[Abstract ] Objective To explore the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block (SGB) combined with biofeedback in the treatment of moderate anxiety. Methods a total of 86 patients with moderate anxiety (SAS score 60-69) who came to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and they were randomly divided into the conventional group (n=43, receiving biofeedback treatment) and the study group (n=43, receiving ultrasonic guided SGB treatment on the basis of the conventional group) .the clinical efficacy, SAS, PSQI, SCL-90 scores, ACTH, CRH and Cor levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.35% higher than that of the conventional group 81.40% (χ2=4.074, P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of SAS, PSQI and SCL-90 in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group (t=2.299, 3.472, 2.348, P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of ACTH, CRH and Cor in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group (t=3.293, 7.304, 3.186, P < 0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided SGB combined with biofeedback therapy can effectively improve anxiety symptoms, reduce stress hormone levels, and ultimately improve sleep quality of patients with moderate anxiety. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided SGB combined with biofeedback therapy can improve the symptoms and signs of patients with moderate anxiety and improve sleep quality.
