环状RNA在精神分裂症认知障碍中的研究进展

摘要
【摘要】精神分裂症是一组病因未明的慢性重性精神疾病,成年人群中终生患病率约为1%。精神分裂症患者在发病早期就已经表现出不同程度的认知功能障碍[1]。近年来,研究发现非编码RNA(non—coding RNA,ncRNA)在人类基因表达调控中起到重要作用,其中环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)表达失调与神经精神疾病密切相关[2]。因此通过探索circRNA及其表达水平在精神分裂症认知功能障碍背后的机制,可能为精神分裂症的认知功能障碍的病因学研究及临床特征评估提供新思路,为临床上的诊断和治疗提供新方向。本文就circRNA与精神分裂症认知功能障碍的关系进行综述。
Abstract
【Abstract】Schizophrenia is a group of chronic severe mental diseases with unknown etiology, and the lifetime prevalence rate among adults is about 1%. Schizophrenia patients have shown different degrees of cognitive dysfunction at the early stage of onset[1]. In recent years, it has been found that non-coding RNA (ncRNA) plays an important role in the regulation of human gene expression, and the imbalance of circular RNA (circRNA) expression is closely related to neuropsychiatric diseases[2]. Therefore, exploring the mechanism of circRNA and its expression level in cognitive dysfunction of schizophrenia may provide new ideas for etiology research and clinical feature evaluation of cognitive dysfunction of schizophrenia, and provide new directions for clinical diagnosis and treatment. This article reviews the relationship between circRNA and cognitive dysfunction of schizophrenia.
