| 摘要 |
【摘要】目的：探究基于自我超越理论的心理干预模式应用于结肠癌化疗患者对其希望水平、自我超越水平及负面情绪的干预效果。方法：选取我院2019年2月至2022年2月期间80例结肠癌化疗患者作为研究对象，随机数字表法分成两组，对照组40例给予常规干预，观察组40例给予联合基于自我超越理论的心理干预模式，对比两组患者希望水平、自我超越水平及负面情绪。结果：观察组HHI各维度评分均高于对照组，观察组自我超越量表（CSTS）、自我效能感量表（GSES）评分均高于对照组，观察组汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分小于对照组（均P＜0.05）。结论：基于自我超越理论的心理干预模式应用于结肠癌化疗患者，可有效提高患者希望水平及自我超越水平，缓解负面情绪。

| Abstract |
【Abstract】Objective: To explore the intervention effect of psychological intervention model based on self-transcendence theory in patients with colon cancer chemotherapy on their level of hope, self-transcendence and negative emotions. Methods: Selected from February 2019 to February 2022, 80 cases of colon cancer chemotherapy patients as the research object, the random number table method is divided into two groups, control group 40 cases given conventional intervention, observation group 40 cases with given psychological intervention model, based on the theory of the self beyond hope compared two groups of patients, self-surpass and negative emotions. Results: The scores of each dimension of HHI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The scores of Self-transcendence Scale (CSTS) and Self-efficacy Scale (GSES) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) in the observation group The scores and Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) scores were lower than those of the control group (all P＜0.05). Conclusion: The psychological intervention model based on the theory of self-transcendence is applied to patients with colon cancer chemotherapy, which can effectively improve the patients level of hope and self-transcendence, and relieve negative emotions.
