| 摘要 |
【摘要】目的：评估强化心理护理应用在重症肺炎伴呼吸衰竭患者中的效果及对负性情绪、血气指标的影响。方法：纳入2019年10月—2020年12月的136例重症肺炎伴呼吸衰竭患者，按照随机方式分配病例至观察组（纳入68例，在对照组基础上加用强化心理护理）、对照组（纳入68例，提供常规护理），评价组间负性情绪评分、血气指标、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）、临床指标。结果：（1）护理后，观察组负性情绪评分、血气指标、PSQI评分更佳，P<0.05；（2）较之对照组，观察组临床指标（气促缓解、咳嗽消失、机械通气、住院时间）更佳，P<0.05。结论：对重症肺炎伴呼吸衰竭患者实施强化心理护理，能够改善血气指标，减轻负性情绪，提高睡眠质量，缩短病程，值得推广。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the effect of intensive psychological nursing in patients with severe pneumonia with respiratory failure and its effect on negative emotion and blood gas indexes. Methods: 136 patients with severe pneumonia with respiratory failure from October 2019 to December 2020 were randomly assigned to the observation group (68 cases were included, and intensive psychological nursing was added to the control group) and the control group (68 cases were included, and routine nursing was provided). The negative emotion score, blood gas index, Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) and Clinical indicators. Results: (1) after nursing, the negative emotion score, blood gas index and PSQI score of the observation group were better, P<0.05; (2) Compared with the control group, the clinical indexes (relief of shortness of breath, disappearance of cough, mechanical ventilation and hospital stay) in the observation group were better (P<0.05). Conclusion: intensive psychological nursing for patients with severe pneumonia with respiratory failure can improve blood gas indexes, reduce negative emotions, improve sleep quality and shorten the course of disease, which is worthy of popularization.
