【摘要】目的:评估心理干预应用在学龄前儿童龋齿治疗中的效果。方法:纳入2019年2月—2021年2月的128例学龄前龋齿患儿,按照随机方式分配病例至观察组(纳入64例,在对照组基础上加用心理干预)、对照组(纳入64例,提供常规护理干预),评价组间疼痛客观评价量表(FLACC)、儿童医疗恐惧量表(CMFS)、儿童焦虑量表-口腔科分量表(CFSS-DS)、心率、龋齿充填时间、患儿配合程度、家长满意程度。结果:(1)干预后,观察组FLACC、CMFS、CFSS-DS、心率更佳,且龋齿充填时间少于对照组,P<0.05;(2)在患儿配合程度方面,观察组(92.19%)高于对照组(78.13%),P<0.05;(3)在家长满意程度方面,观察组(93.75%)高于对照组(81.25%),P<0.05。结论:对学龄前龋齿患儿实施心理干预,能够减轻恐惧感、焦虑感,缓解疼痛程度,提高配合度,缩短龋齿充填时间,增加患者满意度,值得推广。
Abstract
[Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the effect of psychological intervention in the treatment of dental caries in preschool children. Methods: 128 preschool children with dental caries from February 2019 to February 2021 were randomly assigned to the observation group (64 cases were included and psychological intervention was added to the control group), the control group (64 cases were included and routine nursing intervention was provided), and the inter group pain objective evaluation scale (flacc), childrens medical fear scale (CMFs) Childrens anxiety scale - Dental Subscale (CFSS-DS), heart rate, caries filling time, childrens cooperation and parents satisfaction. Results: (1) After intervention, flacc, CMFs, CFSS-DS and heart rate in the observation group were better, and the filling time of dental caries was less than that in the control group (P<0.05); (2) The degree of cooperation in the observation group (92.19%) was higher than that in the control group (78.13%), P<0.05; (3) In terms of parental satisfaction, the observation group (93.75%) was higher than the control group (81.25%), P<0.05. Conclusion: psychological intervention for preschool children with dental caries can reduce the sense of fear and anxiety, alleviate the degree of pain, improve the degree of cooperation, shorten the filling time of dental caries and increase patient satisfaction. It is worth popularizing.
