| 摘要 |
【摘要】目的：评估细节管理+心理护理应用在高血压疾病患者临床护理管理中的效果。方法：纳入2019年10月—2021年10月的80例高血压患者，遵循随机数字表法将病例分配至对照组（纳入40例，提供常规护理）、观察组（纳入40例，在对照组基础上加用细节管理+心理护理），评价组间情绪状态评分、血压控制效果、自我管理能力、服务满意度。结果：（1）护理后，观察组情绪状态评分、血压控制效果、自我管理能力更佳，P<0.05；（2）经问卷调查，在服务满意度方面，观察组（95.00%）高于对照组（77.50%），P<0.05。结论：对高血压患者实施细节管理+心理护理，能够提高其自我管理能力，缓解内心负担，增强血压控制效果，赢得患者认可，值得推广。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the effect of detail management + psychological nursing in clinical nursing management of patients with hypertension. Methods: 80 patients with hypertension from October 2019 to October 2021 were included. According to the random number table method, the cases were assigned to the control group (including 40 cases, providing routine nursing) and the observation group (including 40 cases, adding detail management + psychological nursing on the basis of the control group). The emotional state score, blood pressure control effect, self-management ability and service satisfaction between the groups were evaluated. Results: (1) after nursing, the emotional state score, blood pressure control effect and self-management ability of the observation group were better (P < 0.05); (2) According to the questionnaire survey, in terms of service satisfaction, the observation group (95.00%) was higher than the control group (77.50%), P < 0.05. Conclusion: the implementation of detail management + psychological nursing for patients with hypertension can improve their self-management ability, alleviate their inner burden, enhance the effect of blood pressure control, win the recognition of patients, and is worthy of promotion.
