【摘要】目的：探讨孕期糖尿病并发产后抑郁症患者实施行为行为认知疗法联合舍曲林治疗的临床效果。方法：于2021年1月-2022年12月采集病例资料入档，对象为医院收治的孕期糖尿病产后抑郁症患者共计纳入90例，纳入对象基于“随机数字表法”1:1分组，划分为对照组（予以舍曲林治疗）与观察组（舍曲林治疗+行为认知疗法），各组均45例；观察对比两组临床疗效、心理状态、睡眠质量、生活质量。结果：观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后，两组爱丁堡产后抑郁量表（EPDS）评分、症状自评量表（SCL-90）评分均下降，且观察组评分明显低（P＜0.05）；观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）评分明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后，两组简易健康状况调查表（SF-36）评分均有一定程度的升幅，且观察组升幅较对照组更大（P＜0.05）。结论：孕期糖尿病产后抑郁症患者实行行为认知干预联合舍曲林治疗，可显著改善患者抑郁状态，提高睡眠质量，促使其产后生活质量大幅度提升。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To explore the clinical effect of behavioral cognitive therapy combined with sertraline on pregnant women with diabetes complicated with postpartum depression. Methods: The case data were collected from January 2021 to December 2022 and filed. The subjects were 90 pregnant women with diabetes and postpartum depression admitted to the hospital. The subjects were divided into a control group (treated with sertraline) and an observation group (treated with sertraline+behavioral cognitive therapy) based on the "random number table" 1:1 grouping, with 45 cases in each group; Observe and compare the clinical efficacy, psychological status, sleep quality, and quality of life between the two groups. Result: The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); After treatment, the EPDS score and SCL-90 score of both groups decreased, and the score of the observation group was significantly lower (P<0.05); The PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); After treatment, the SF-36 scores of both groups showed a certain degree of increase, and the increase in the observation group was greater than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Behavioral cognitive intervention combined with sertraline treatment can significantly improve the depressive status of pregnant women with diabetes and postpartum depression, improve their sleep quality and promote their postpartum life quality.
