| 摘要 |
探讨程序化护理联合认知行为干预对脑出血患者护理效果及神经功能的影响。方法 2020年6月到2023年3月收治的ICH患者共96例，根据护理方法分为观察组48例，对照组48例，比较护理前后两组患者的认知功能、神经功能以及生活质量。结果 护理后，两组FM评估量表和Barthel指数均升高，观察组得分均高于对照组（p<0.05）。护理后NIHSS评分下降，GOS评分升高，两组间比较差异有统计学意义（p<0.05）。护理后，观察组总有效率（91.7%）显著高于对照组（77.1%），差异有统计学意义（p<0.05）。护理后，观察组得分高于对照组（p<0.05）。结论 程序化护理结合认知行为干预可以提高ICH患者的临床疗效，改善其肢体运动能力，减少神经功能缺损。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] objective To explore the effect of programmed nursing combined with cognitive behavior intervention on nursing effect and neurological function of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 96 patients with ICH were divided into observation group (n = 48) and control group (n = 48). The cognitive function, neurological function and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after nursing. Results after nursing, the FM evaluation scale and Barthel index increased in both groups, and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. After nursing, the NIHSS score decreased and the GOS score increased, and there was significant difference between the two groups. After nursing, the total effective rate of the observation group (91.7%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (77.1%), and the difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05). After nursing, the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (p < 0.05Conclusion programmed nursing combined with cognitive behavior intervention can improve the clinical curative effect of ICH patients, improve their limb motor ability and reduce neurological impairment.
