摘要	系统评价非侵入性脑刺激对迟发性综合征的临床疗效。方法检索了从建库至2022年10月在数据库中关于NIBS对TS进行治疗的随机对照试验。使用Review Manager 5.3统计软件进行Meta分析。结果 NIBS对TS患者不自主运动症状（P=0.03）、生活能力和生活质量（P＜0.001）有显著改善，对记忆功能（P=0.36）和执行功能（P=0.40）无显著改善。结论 NIBS对改善TS患者的不自主运动症状、生活能力及生活质量有积极作用，而对认知功能的改善无明显获益，可以作为TS治疗的有效手段之一。
Abstract	Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of NIBS for TS.Methods The database was searched for randomized controlled trials of NIBS for TS from its establishment to October 2022.Review Manager 5.3 software was used for Meta analysis.Results NIBS could significantly improve involuntary motor symptoms (P=0.03), ability to live and quality of life (P<0.001),but had no significant improvement in memory function (P=0.36) and executive function (P=0.40) in TS.Conclusions NIBS can be one of the effective means of TS.
