| 摘要 |
探讨护士分层级管理模式对提高护理管理质量的作用。方法 将我院2017年至2018年1月20例住院患者和10名护士，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施护士分层级管理模式。比较两组护士满意度、患者护理满意度、护理人员基础护理质量评分、护理文书质量评分、护理态度质量评分、病房管理质量评分。结果 实验组护士满意度、患者护理满意度高于对照组，基础护理质量评分、护理文书质量评分、护理态度质量评分、病房管理质量评分高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 住院患者实施护士分层级管理模式效果确切，可提高护士的护理服务质量，提高患者和护士的满意度，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the role of nurses hierarchical management model in improving the quality of nursing management. Methods Twenty inpatients and 10 nurses in our hospital from 2017 to January 2018 were divided into two groups by double-blind randomization. The control group was given routine nursing care, while the experimental group was given the nursing hierarchical management model. The nurses satisfaction, patients nursing satisfaction, nursing staffs basic nursing quality score, nursing document quality score, nursing attitude quality score, and ward management quality score were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction and patient nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the scores of basic nursing quality, nursing documents, nursing attitudes, and ward management were higher than those of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The implementation of the hierarchical management model of nurses for inpatients has an exact effect, which can improve the quality of nurses nursing services and improve the satisfaction of patients and nurses, which is worthy of promotion.
