【摘要】 研究团体式积极心理学干预对康复期双相情感障碍患者中的运用效果。方法 选择本院2019年10月到2022年5月90例双相情感障碍患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各46例。两组均采取常规治疗及干预，观察组加予团体式积极心理学干预。比较两组的抑郁自评量表(SDS)、躁狂量表(BRMS)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、健康调查简表(SF-36)。结果 干预后，对照组的SDS、BRMS评分显著高于观察组，CD-RISC评分显著低于观察组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后，对照组的GSES、SF-36评分显著低于观察组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 团体式积极心理学干预可显著改善康复期双相情感障碍患者抑郁及躁狂情况，提高其心理健康水平及生活质量。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of group-based positive psychology intervention on patients with bipolar disorder during convalescence. Methods A total of 90 patients with bipolar disorder in our hospital from October 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, 46 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine treatment and intervention, and the observation group was given group positive psychology intervention. The self-rating depression scale (SDS), mania scale (BRMS), resilience scale (CD-RISC), general self-efficacy scale (GSES), and short form of health survey (SF-36) were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the SDS and BRMS scores of the control group were significantly higher than those of the observation group, and the CD-RISC score was significantly lower than that of the observation group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). After the intervention, the GSES and SF-36 scores of the control group were significantly lower than those of the observation group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Group-based positive psychology intervention can significantly improve depression and mania in patients with bipolar disorder during convalescence, and improve their mental health and quality of life.
