| 摘要 |
【摘要】探讨曼陀罗绘画疗法联合正性暗示性语言对PCI术后负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法 本研究对象为2020年2月～2022年2月90例冠心病患者，数字表法随机分为两组，对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上采用曼陀罗绘画疗法联合正性暗示性语言干预。评估两组干预前后正性负性情绪量表（PANAS）以及西雅图心绞痛量表（SAQ），测量每搏输出量(SV)、左室射血分数(LVEF)。结果 两组干预后PANAS量表中正性情绪评分显著升高，负性情绪评分显著降低，且干预后观察组两项评分均优于对照组，（P<0.05）；两组干预后SAQ评分、SV、LVEF显著升高，且干预后观察组显著高于对照组，（P<0.05）。结论 曼陀罗绘画疗法联合正性暗示性语言能够降低PCI术后负性情绪，提升生活质量以及心脏功能。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of mandala drawing therapy combined with positive suggestive language on negative emotions and quality of life after PCI. Methods Ninety patients with coronary heart disease from February 2020 to February 2022 were the subjects of this study, and randomly divided into two groups by digital table method. The patients in the control group received routine nursing care, while the patients in the observation group received mandala painting therapy combined with positive suggestive language intervention on the basis of the control group. The Positive and Negative Affect Scale (PANAS) and Seattle Angina Pectoris Scale (SAQ) were evaluated before and after the intervention in the two groups. Stroke volume (SV) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) were measured. Results After the intervention, the positive emotion scores in the PANAS scale in the two groups were significantly increased, and the negative emotion scores were significantly decreased, and the two scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group after the intervention (P<0.05). The SAQ score, SV and LVEF of the two groups were significantly increased after the intervention, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group after the intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion Mandala painting therapy combined with positive suggestive language can reduce negative emotions after PCI, improve quality of life and cardiac function.
