摘要
提升课堂教学质量,它涉及到教育教学的方方面面,最重要的是需要老师全身心的爱贯穿其中。正如特级教师周西政所说的:“只有坚持爱的教育,教师才能意识到学生才是课堂的主人。只有激情投入的课堂,才是有生命力的课堂。”教与学,从某种角度来说它们是一对辩证的矛盾体。或许我们不应该只是讲台上高高在上的传承、传授和传达者,而应是一种融合,高超的融合。还应该营造一定的环境氛围来与学生沟通交流,让学生认可、喜欢这样的知识和技能的传授。我想,这样的课堂教学一定是有效的课堂教学,这样的课堂也一定是比较优质的课堂。
Abstract
To improve the quality of classroom teaching, it involves all aspects of education and teaching, and the most important thing is that the teachers wholehearted love runs through it. As Zhou Xizheng, a special teacher, said: "Only by adhering to the education of love can teachers realize that students are the masters of the classroom." Only a classroom with passion is a classroom with vitality. "Teaching and learning, in a way, are a pair of dialectical contradictions. Perhaps we should not be just the inheritors, teachings and communicators on the podium, but a fusion, a superb fusion. It is also necessary to create a certain environment to communicate with students, so that students recognize and like the transfer of such knowledge and skills. I think that such classroom teaching must be effective classroom teaching, and such a classroom must also be a relatively high-quality classroom.
