心理护理在无痛人流麻醉护理中的价值

摘要	评价心理护理在无痛人流麻醉护理中的价值。方法纳入我院2021年1月-2021年12月收治的无痛人流麻醉女性100例，按照随机数字表法分为心理干预组（实施心理护理干预）和常规组（常规护理），每组各50例，对比护理成效。结果心理干预组焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪低于常规组，p＜0.05。心理干预组护理满意度显著高于常规组，p＜0.05。结论无痛人流麻醉女性实施心理护理干预的临床效果确切，可有效提高满意度，减轻患者的焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪，值得临床推广。
Abstract	Objective: To evaluate the value of psychological nursing in anesthesia nursing for painless abortion. Methods: A total of 100 women with painless anesthesia who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were included and divided into a psychological intervention group (implementing psychological nursing intervention) and a routine group (routine nursing) according to the random number table method. 50 cases in each, the nursing effect was compared. Results: The anxiety and depression in the psychological intervention group were lower than those in the routine group, p<0.05. The nursing satisfaction in the psychological intervention group was significantly higher than that in the routine group, p<0.05. Conclusion: The clinical effect of psychological nursing intervention for women undergoing painless abortion anesthesia is definite, which can effectively improve satisfaction and reduce patients anxiety and depression, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
