院外延续护理对鼻咽癌化疗患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

| 摘要 |
论院外延续护理在鼻咽癌化疗患者中的应用。方法 随机选择在我院医治的鼻咽癌化疗患者70例，按随机方式分组，其中35例采取电话随访+定期治疗和检查的护理方式（对照组），另35例实施院外延续护理（实验组），经观察对比，得出结论。结果 对于各项数据的对比来说，实验组护理方法的各项数据更加有优势，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。护理之后实验组患者SAS评分、SDS评分、SF-36评分明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 使用本研究方法进行护理，对改善心理状态和生活质量有很大的影响，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective: On the application of out of hospital continuous nursing in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods: 70 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated by chemotherapy in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. Among them, 35 cases were treated by telephone follow-up plus regular treatment and examination (control group), and the other 35 cases were treated by out of hospital continuous nursing (experimental group). After observation and comparison, a conclusion was drawn. Results: For the comparison of various data, the data of nursing methods in the experimental group were more advantageous, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After nursing, the SAS score, SDS score and SF-36 score of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Using this research method for nursing has a great impact on improving psychological status and quality of life, which is worthy of clinical application.
