综合护理干预在慢性丙肝肝炎护理中的价值

摘要	谈论对慢性丙肝肝炎患者实施综合护理干预，对其病情的影响。方法本项研究于2020年12月正式施行，截止时间是2021年12月。选用此期间到笔者医院救治的80例慢性丙肝肝炎病人作为研究主体，依照护理方案的不同归为对照组与实验组，每小组内部40例。前者实行常规护理工作，后者实行综合护理，分析2组病人的护理满意度、医治依从性、不良反应、焦虑、抑郁及生活质量。结果实验组病人的经有效干预后其护理满意度、医治依从性得到理想增长相比于对照组更高，不良反应更低；实验组病人的经有效干预后其生活质量得到理想增长相比于对照组更高，焦虑及抑郁更低，用（P＜0.05）代表组间差异明显，具有研究性。结论对慢性丙肝肝炎患者实施综合护理，患者的医治依从性得到理想提升，在此作用下其临床医治疗效也十分理想。
Abstract	Objective: To discuss the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with chronic hepatitis C. Methods: This study was officially implemented in December 2020 and the deadline was December 2021. 80 patients with chronic hepatitis C treated in the authors Hospital during this period were selected as the main body of the study. They were divided into control group and experimental group according to different nursing schemes, with 40 cases in each group. The former carried out routine nursing work and the latter carried out comprehensive nursing. The nursing satisfaction, treatment compliance, adverse reactions, anxiety, depression and quality of life of the two groups were analyzed. Results: after effective intervention, the nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance of patients in the experimental group were increased ideally, which was higher and the adverse reactions were lower than those in the control group; After effective intervention, the quality of life of the patients in the experimental group increased ideally, and their anxiety and depression were lower than those in the control group. The difference between the groups represented by (P < 0.05) was significant, which was of research significance. Conclusion: comprehensive nursing for patients with chronic hepatitis C can improve the treatment compliance of patients, and its clinical therapeutic effect is also very ideal.
