个性化护理模式在肝病护理中的应用价值

摘要	探讨分析个性化护理模式在肝病护理中的应用价值。方法研究伊始时间为2020年9月，结束时间为2021年10月，通过电脑程序作用下在该段时间内选择我院接受治疗的肝病患者80例作为入组成员，区分为了两个群组，分别为对照组统共40例患者使用常规护理，以及观察组统共40例患者使用个性化护理，对患者最终干预成效进行两个组别之间的比较。结果获得生活质量指标数值更高的一个组别为观察组（P＜0.05）；最终获得的满意度更高的一个组别为观察组（P＜0.05）。结论对于出现肝脏疾病的患者而言，对其通过个性化护理模式进行相应的护理干预工作，让患者对于护理工作人员的满意程度更高，患者能够获得与预期状态更为接近的生活质量水平，是一种值得临床实际推广的方式。
Abstract	Objective: To explore and analyze the application value of personalized nursing model in liver disease nursing. Methods: the beginning time of the study was September 2020 and the end time was October 2021. Under the action of computer program, 80 patients with liver disease treated in our hospital were selected as members of the group. They were divided into two groups: 40 patients in the control group used routine nursing and 40 patients in the observation group used personalized nursing. The final intervention effect of patients was compared between the two groups. Results: the group with higher quality of life index was the observation group (P < 0.05); The group with higher satisfaction was the observation group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: for patients with liver diseases, it is a way worthy of clinical practice to carry out corresponding nursing intervention through personalized nursing mode, so that patients can have a higher degree of satisfaction with nursing staff, and patients can obtain a quality of life level closer to the expected state.
