心理护理对病毒性肝炎治疗疗效的影响

摘要	分析心理护理对病毒性肝炎治疗疗效的影响。方法分析样本选择本院于2021年1月到2022年1月接收确诊的病毒性肝炎病人共80例（经纳入排除标准后），对其中40例病人给予基础护理，分至JC组，对另外40例病人在JC组的基础上，给予心理护理，分至XL组。比较JC组和XL组病人的服药依从性以及心理状态。结果 XL组病人的服药依从性明显高于JC组，组间区别明显（P＜0.05），有统计学差异；护理之前两组的焦虑、抑郁评分没有明显区别（P＞0.05），护理后两组的焦虑、抑郁评分均明显低于护理前，且XL组明显均低于JC组，组间区别明显（P＜0.05），有统计学差异。结论心理护理可用于病毒性肝炎病人的护理治疗中，可显著改善病人的负面情绪，增加其服药依从性，值得临床实施。
Abstract	Objective: To analyze the effect of psychological care on the therapeutic effect of viral hepatitis. Methods: a total of 80 patients with viral hepatitis received in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were analyzed. Among them, 40 patients were given basic nursing and divided into JC group, and the other 40 patients were given psychological nursing and divided into XL group on the basis of JC group. The medication compliance and psychological status of patients in JC group and XL group were compared. Results: the medication compliance of XL group was significantly higher than that of JC group (P < 0.05); Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups (P > 0.05). After nursing, the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing, and the scores in XL group were significantly lower than those in JC group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of psychological nursing in the nursing of patients with viral hepatitis can significantly improve the negative mood of patients and increase their medication compliance, which is worthy of clinical implementation.
