Objective: To analyze the application of emergency nursing in pre hospital first aid for patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods: From January 2020 to January 2022, 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into control group (n=40, given routine nursing intervention to patients in the control group) and experimental group (n=40, given emergency nursing intervention to patients in the experimental group). The clinical information of the two groups after nursing was collected and analyzed. The scores of quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the experimental group and the control group First aid time, mortality and complication rate. Results: Both groups improved after nursing, but the scores of quality of life in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05); At the same time, the mortality, complication rate and first aid time of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Emergency nursing can significantly shorten the rescue time of patients with acute myocardial infarction, improve their clinical symptoms, improve their quality of life and reduce their mortality.
