Objective: To explore the value of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of liver cirrhosis in improving the quality of life of patients. Methods: 80 patients with liver cirrhosis treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the parity of admission number. The patients in the control group received routine nursing and the patients in the observation group received clinical nursing pathway. The quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: one week after nursing, the physiological function, physiological function, energy, social function, emotional function and mental health of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.05); The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: using clinical pathway nursing in the nursing of patients with liver cirrhosis can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and improve nursing satisfaction, which has important application value.
