Objective: To observe the effect of holistic care on cardiovascular interventional therapy in causing hypotension. Methods: Reviewing the cardiovascular patients admitted between 2021.5-2022.5 as the study object, 100 patients received interventional treatment, giving the control group and observing the whole care during the interventional treatment, comparing the ratio of hypotension, heart rate and blood pressure; counting the satisfaction of the two groups. Results: The proportion of hypotension in the observed group was lower than 8% in the control group. Heart rate recovery time was shorter than the control group and blood pressure was 4 minutes earlier than the control group.The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98% higher than that of the control group by 90%, (P <0.05). Conclusion: Cardiovascular interventional therapy has the risk of the complications of hypotension. Overall care can be given on the treatment form and disease, which is helpful to prevent hypotension and promote the recovery of patients physical signs.
