摘要	介绍了一种用于盾构机常压更换刀具闸门失效专用内刀筒的结构特点，论述了专用内刀筒工作步骤，进行设计计算及有限元分析。
Abstract	This paper introduces the structural characteristics of a special inner cutter barrel used for the shield machine to replace the cutter gate under normal pressure, discusses the working steps of the special inner cutter barrel, and carries out design calculation and finite element analysis.
