摘要	论围手术期护理干预在胃肠道息肉接受内镜黏膜切除术患者中的应用。方法随机选取我院行内镜黏膜切除术的胃肠道息肉患者200例，按随机方式分组，其中100例采取常规护理（对照组），另100例实施围手术期护理干预（观察组），经观察对比，得出结论。结果对于各项数据的对比来说，观察组护理方法的各项数据更加有优势，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。护理之后观察组患者并发症发生率、护理满意度明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论使用本研究方法进行护理，既能减少并发症的发生，又能提高患者的护理满意度，改善护患关系，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract	Objective: To discuss the application of perioperative nursing intervention in patients with gastrointestinal polyps undergoing endoscopic mucosal resection. Methods: 200 patients with gastrointestinal polyps who underwent endoscopic mucosal resection in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into groups. Among them, 100 patients received routine nursing (control group), and the other 100 patients received perioperative nursing intervention (observation group). After observation and comparison, conclusions were drawn. Results: For the comparison of various data, the nursing method of the observation group was more advantageous, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After nursing, the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Using this research method for nursing can not only reduce the occurrence of complications, but also improve the nursing satisfaction of patients and improve the nurse patient relationship, which is worthy of clinical application.
