Objective To put forward rapid rehabilitation for cervical fracture patients and study the application effect. Methods The cases were 120 patients with cervical spine fracture, and the study period was from April 2020 to April 2022. Sixty cases were included in the general group for usual care. Another 60 cases were included in the rapid rehabilitation concept nursing group for the rapid rehabilitation concept nursing. The ates of study complications, quality of life scale (WHOQOL-BREF), anxiety (SAS), time to improvement in symptoms, length of hospital stay, ability to daily living (ADL) score, and satisfaction with clinical care. Results ① complication rate, SAS score after 2 weeks of care, were lower in the general group (p <0.05); WHOQOL-BREF score, clinical satisfaction rate, and ADL score after ② were higher in the group compared with the general group (p <0.05). Conclusion The concept of rapid rehabilitation for patients with cervical spine fracture can be more conducive to rapid postoperative rehabilitation, the prognosis of patients, the prevention of complications and the quality of life.
