Objective: To analyze the causes and strategies of nosocomial infection in neurology intensive-care unit. Methods: 30 patients who were treated in the Department of Neurology from January to December in our hospital were selected as the study 2021. The clinical data of these patients were 2021 and analyzed, to find out the causes of hospital infection, and on this basis to reduce the occurrence of hospital infection countermeasures were studied. As a result, all patients were subjected to bacterial cultures of blood, urine, feces, and various invasive catheters. The main pathogens were gram-positive bacteria, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was the most common pathogen. The nosocomial infection rate of intensive-care unit patients in Department of Neurology was 36.67% (P & LT; 0.05) , the nosocomial infection rate was 30.00% (P & LT; 0.05) in patients with intensive-care unit Staphylococcus aureus in department of neurology and 30 patients with intensive-care unit in Department of Neurology, there were 17 patients who received more than two kinds of invasive treatment, and the rate of nosocomial infection was higher. Conclusion there are many causes of nosocomial infection in neurology intensive-care unit, and strengthening clinical nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection.
