Objective: To analyze the efficacy of phacoemulsification cataract aspiration, intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of cataract combined with glaucoma. Methods A total of 86 cataract patients with glaucoma were divided into two groups according to the parity arrangement method. The control group (43 cases) received phacoemulsification cataract aspiration, and the observation group (43 cases) received phacoemulsification cataract aspiration, intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy. The difference of efficacy and the changes of ophthalmic parameters between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%, which was higher than that of the control group (74.42%), and the total complication rate of 6.98% was lower than that of the control group (23.26%), with statistical significance (P < 0.05). After operation, the average visual acuity, IOP, anterior chamber Angle and anterior chamber depth of the two groups were significantly improved before surgery, and the improvement was more obvious in the observation group compared with the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Phacoemulsification cataract aspiration, intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy has a clear effect on patients with cataract combined with glaucoma, which can effectively improve the visual acuity level of patients, and has a high clinical value.
