Objective To analyze the effects and adverse reactions of omeprazole + Paxil in patients with functional dyspepsia. Methods 60 patients with functional dyspepsia enrolled in our hospital from February 2021 to July 2022 were selected as observation objects. Patients were divided by random number method, and the control group was treated with omeprazole, while the observation group was treated with omeprazole + Paxil. Clinical effects, ADR rate and symptom improvement time of patients were compared. Results The effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group, the rate of adverse reaction was lower than that in control group, and the symptom improvement time was shorter than that in control group, p<0.05. Conclusion Combined drug therapy (+ omeprazole) can improve the gastrointestinal function of patients with functional dyspepsia, and help patients to restore healthy life.
