Objective To analyze the value of Internet + management mode on the psychological state and treatment compliance of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis patients during the epidemic period. Methods In October 2020-275 MDR tuberculosis patients admitted during June 2022, randomly divided into the control group (n=138) and n = 138) (n=137), the control group applied conventional management mode, the study group applied Internet + management mode, the two groups of continuous management for 8 weeks, comparing the two groups, self care ability and treatment compliance. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment, no difference was significant (P> 0.05); the anxiety self-score (SAS) and depression self-score (SDS) were lower than the control group, and the self-care ability score (ESCA) was higher than the control group, and the treatment compliance was significantly better (P <0.05). Conclusion During the epidemic period, the management of multi-drug-resistant tuberculosis patients can effectively relieve patients bad emotions, make them maintain a positive treatment attitude, improve treatment compliance and self-care ability, which is of positive significance to promoting the rehabilitation of patients, and has promotion and application value.
