Objective To analyze the evaluation value of childrens language development system by using gesell Assessment Scale during their language development.Methods This study selected 100 clinical children in our hospital as the analysis object. The starting time of the study was from September 2021, and the clinical analysis plan was drawn up, and the data was collected according to the research needs until September 2022. The selected children were tested by Gesell Assessment Scale (GESELL) and Language Retardation Assessment (S-S), and the evaluation results of different test scales and the characteristics of language retardation with age were analyzed.Results After research, the abnormal state (15.00%), marginal state (50.00%) and normal state (30.00%) of children with gesell rating scale are more accurate than those with language retardation 32.00%, marginal state (30.00%) and normal state (38.00%), and the results are more accurate with age.Conclusion In clinical diagnosis of childrens language development, the application value of gesell Assessment Scale is extremely significant, which can accurately detect the obstacles existing in childrens language development, and take it as the basis of clinical diagnosis and treatment, so as to carry out follow-up treatment and fully protect childrens health. It is worthy of wide clinical recommendation.
