优质护理在乳腺癌术后 PICC 置管患者中的价值

摘要	探讨对乳腺癌术后 PICC 置管患者给予优质护理干预后获得临床效果。方法选取时间段在 2021 年 1 月～2022 年 3 月范围，我院收治的 180 例乳腺癌术后 PICC 置管患者作为调查研究对象；护理研究中采用随机数字表法分为参照组与研究组，分别采用传统方式、优质护理方式完成疾病护理干预；组间比较两组乳腺癌患者护理结果。结果研究组并发症、生命质量以及护理总满意度同参照组差异明显（P<0.05）。结论临床针对乳腺癌术后 PICC 置管患者给予优质护理，可促进乳腺癌术后 PICC 置管患者良好预后。
Abstract	Objective To explore the clinical effect of high-quality nursing intervention for patients with PICC catheterization after breast cancer surgery. Methods A total of 180 patients with PICC catheterization after breast cancer surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to March 2022 were selected as investigation subjects. In the nursing study, the random number table method was used to divide the reference group and the research group, respectively using the traditional way and high-quality nursing way to complete the disease nursing intervention. The nursing outcomes of breast cancer patients were compared between the two groups. Results The complications, quality of life and total satisfaction of nursing in the study group were significantly different from those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Providing high-quality nursing care for patients with PICC catheterization after breast cancer surgery can promote good prognosis of patients with PICC catheterization after breast cancer surgery.
